Ripley's Aquarium of Canada

The Toronto aquarium beside the CN Tower currently being constructed and to open in 2013. Sort of a skeletal view of the inside of the aquatic building. In the centre of the photo I am assuming these are the pipes and pumps for the aquarium itself. Thought it would be interesting to see what the inside of the building looks like before it is closed to public eyes.

Since the construction of the new aquarium is at the base, foot of the CN Tower, is it wise to build it there? I mean - Will the construction activity eventually weaken or affect the foundation, structure and integrity of the CN Tower in the future say in 10, 30 or 50 years down the line?
