Creative Toronto Street Art - Graffiti in 3D

2 Murals 9 Years Earlier - September 2013

Absolutely creative, imaginative and beautiful painted murals of Toronto street art, graffiti of outdoor wilderness scenes with a few twists under a subway overpass around High Park in Toronto. The first 4 photos are from September 2013.

The whole scene looks like it was painted in 3D especailly the bird with the fish in it's mouth. The angle I took this photo may have helped too for the 3D effect or maybe not. Pretty incredible and beautiful work of outdoor art. I walked by them recently and I noticed that the paint is starting to peel unfortunately due to the years it's been there and the harsh weather conditions, but still the murals are holding up.

Toronto Street Art, Graffiti - 9 years later

9 years later after taking the original photos in September 2013 (4 above) I revisited this area in October 2022 and November 2022 and took another photo and 2 short videos. It's possible the paint may have lost its deep brilliant colors and lustre over time, but the murals look relatively good. The subway overpass helps to offer some protection. Unfortunately the paint is starting to peel in some places and there is some unwanted and sadly inevitable unneeded graffiti sprawled across the bird motif mural.

Originally my intention to take some videos and photos in 2022 was to test the Samsung Galaxy S20+ camera for both photo taking and video.
